The Howard Phillips Center for Children & Families provides dignity and healing for children, families and individuals who face overwhelming challenges like child abuse, HIV/AIDS, sexual trauma, and developmental disabilities.
Last year, The Howard Phillips Center for Children & Families served more than 17,000 people throughout Central Florida, building a stronger community - one child, one individual, one family at a time.

Our programs include:
Orange County Children's Advocacy Center All in one location, police, counselors, doctors, child welfare workers, and school officials come together to help abused children by treating, investigating and prosecuting child abuse. To report suspected child abuse, please call 1 800 96 ABUSE (22873).
The Developmental Center for Infants & Children Complete child development assessment, support, referral and treatment for infants and toddlers who have developmental disabilities. (A Part C Program)
Healthy Families Orange Families with newborns in targeted neighborhoods are offered mentoring and support to help strengthen their families and ensure their children grow up in a safe, healthy, loving environment.
HUG-Me Medical care, counseling support, education and outreach for children, women and families affected by HIV/AIDS - in an environment of hope.
The Healing Tree / Sexual Trauma Recovery Center Sexual abuse / assault counseling, support and advocacy for children and their families.
Teen Xpress A teen-friendly, mobile health unit providing free medical care and counseling to uninsured and at-risk youth.
